- Powder milk -full fat powdered milk 1-2 cups
- Butter milk powder 1/4 cup -high in fat & lactic acid to soften & hydrate skin.
- Goat milk powder 1/4 cup -has a silky feel
- Corn starch 2 tablespoons -soothes irritation
- Oat powder 1/2 cup -gentle exfoliater
- Sea salt -1/4 cup -helps soothe muscle cramps -cleanse & detoxify
- Epsom salt 1/4 cup -has magnesium
- Baking soda 1/4 cup -as a water softener
- Add Lavender essential oil 15-20 drops -into the salt
- Also Lemon essential oil 10-15 drops -into the salt
- Blend well, and add 2 teaspoons of lavender buds.
